Workplace Excellence Series Super Session #1

The Workplace Excellence Series is designed to help people understand and deliver the essential workplace skills that companies demand today. Participants of the ten-module program will gain a better understanding of the employer’s perspective, practical skills, and the “bottom line” in ten essential areas.

·         Incumbent workers learn to deliver greater value that builds career and company success.

·         Students increase appreciation for their education and build habits for future career success.

·         Job seekers learn to show their value to prospective employers and get hired faster.

Join the Learning and Development director as she engages you in a live virtual discussion session to answer questions and have a broader conversation regarding the Workplace Excellence Series Modules. You will need your INROADS 12twenty login credentials to register for this event.

Watch the videos of your choice at your leisure and join the appropriate session for a fun and engaging recap. The videos are in the Resource Library on INROADS 12Twenty.  Videos are anywhere between 15-30 minutes.

We will hold 3 Workplace Excellence Series Super Sessions where we will cover aligning topics. Watch the video prior to the session and come prepared to engage and ask questions. You are not required to watch all the videos in the Super Session; however, all the videos are beneficial.

Ø  Super Session #1 Friday, November 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM ET to 3:00 PM ET will include: Adaptability, Reasonability, and Suitability. (a cumulative 60 minutes of content)

Ø  Super Session #2 Friday, November 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM ET to 3:00 PM ET will include: Communicationability, Respectability, and Writeability (a cumulative 55 minutes of content)

Ø  Super Session #3 Friday, November 15, 2024, at 2:00 PM ET to 3:00 PM ET will include: Dependability, Presentability, Transitionability, and Workability (a cumulative 90 minutes of content)

o   Communicationability (15 minutes*): Verbal and Non-verbal communication in the workplace

o   Dependability (29 Minutes*): Maximizing your time in the workplace

o   Presentability (22 minutes*): Displaying the right image in the workplace

o   Reasonability (17 minutes*): Managing your mindset in the workplace

o   Respectability (14 minutes*): Thriving in a multi-generational workplace

o   Suitability (18 minutes*): Fitting into the culture of the workplace

o   Transitionability (20 minutes*): Making a smooth job transition

o   Workability (22 minutes*): Realities and expectations in today’s workplace

o   Writeability (26 minutes*): Written communication in the workplace
